Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating, mainly due to rude staff and a lack of cleanliness. On the positive side, the rooftop bar was a nice spot to relax, and the reception was accommodating when I needed help. Unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by a lack of hot water, mouldy showers, and poor management regarding a storage issue that left my belongings damaged and unreplaced. The hotel has potential, but it definitely needs improvements in service and upkeep.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offered a pretty good balance between comfort and accessibility. The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Karol Bagh market and the metro station. My room, while clean, could have used a little more attention as it felt a bit worn down. The staff were generally helpful but seemed to have a few hiccups regarding taxi arrangements. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for a traveler looking for value for money in a vibrant area.
My stay was quite mixed. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar and helpful reception staff, which made my time there much better than expected. Unfortunately, I did encounter some issues with miscommunication over breakfast and a very frustrating incident with my luggage storage that left me feeling upset. Overall, while it had some positives, I can't ignore the serious management issues I faced.
Overall, the hotel has a fantastic reception staff that makes you feel welcome right from the start. The rooms offer a stunning view and are well-maintained, though there are some cleanliness issues in the bathrooms. The location is convenient for shopping and transportation, but there are some concerns regarding the dining quality and existing issues with maintenance, which could be improved.
My stay was quite disappointing overall. The hotel staff, while somewhat accommodating, often came off as rude, especially when they demanded a tip for assistance I didn't ask for. The room itself was not up to standard, with mold in the shower and a general lack of cleanliness. However, I did enjoy the rooftop area and appreciated the effort by the staff to arrange my transport. Unfortunately, the hot water situation was very frustrating, as I had to ask for it repeatedly.
